Who are Nitin Fauji and Ramveer Jat?
Another guy, Ramveer Jat, was detained in Jaipur on Saturday after it was claimed that he hired the gunmen to murder Gogamedi. The police claim that Ramveer, one of the conspirators in the Gogamedi murder case, had laid the foundation for his friend Fauji in Jaipur prior to the murder.
“Accused Ramveer is a close friend of shooter Fauji,” stated Kailash Chandra Bishnoi, additional commissioner of police in Jaipur. Ramveer and Fauji were classmates in a Mahendragarh school’s Class 12 and came from nearby areas. In 2019–20, Fauji enlisted in the Indian Army after completing Class 12. Ramveer, on the other hand, completed his undergraduate studies at Wilfred College in Mansarovar, Jaipur, from 2017 to 2020, and his graduate studies in mathematics at Vivek PG College in Kalwad Road, Jaipur, from 2021 to 2023. In April 2023, Ramveer visited the village following his delivery of his master’s thesis. On military leave, Fauji had arrived.”
According to Bishnoi, on November 9, Fauji and his cronies opened fire on the Mahendragarh Police Station Sadar officers before fleeing. On November 19, during this time, Fauji sent his friend Ramveer to Jaipur.
