Joe Biden seems to be still at the White House Juneteenth celebration.
This incident happened before Mr. Biden’s remarks at the gathering.
A video of US President Joe Biden standing still at a Juneteenth commemoration has leaked online. Dom Lucre published the clip on X, showing Mr. Joe Biden standing stationary at the ceremony. At the same time, many around him, including Vice President Kamala Harris, danced to the music.
In a video, the president remained immobile for more than 20 seconds. Philonise Floyd, George Floyd’s brother, who was standing alongside him, appeared to notice the pause and extended a reassuring arm around the president’s shoulder.
This incident occurred prior to Mr. Joe Biden’s remarks on the occasion, during which several onlookers saw him slurring his words.

Last week, the Wall Street Journal released a bombshell piece saying that several high-ranking officials had lately become aware of Mr. Joe Biden’s cognitive impairment.
The White House has defended the 81-year-old president, claiming that he is still a top leader, but detractors contend that the majority of sources in the Wall Street Journal piece are Republicans.
Joe Biden’s age is an important consideration as he pursues a second term, which could extend his presidency until he is 86. He has said that his memory is “fine.”
Gladys Knight and Patti LaBelle performed at the White House on Monday in honor of the impending Juneteenth celebration on June 19.
During the occasion, the Democratic president cautioned that certain “old ghosts” in new disguises, a covert dig at some Republican competitors, are attempting to limit liberties by making it more difficult for Black Americans to vote.
This year’s event took place as the presidential election heated up, with black voters expected to play a critical role. According to AP VoteCast, Biden received 91% of black votes in 2020.
Former President Donald Trump, the likely Republican nominee, claimed that more black voters were backing him. Although black Americans have historically supported Democrats, modest adjustments in party loyalty or poor turnout in crucial areas might alter the November election outcome.
The Juneteenth performance had apparent political connotations, with emcee Roy Wood Jr., a comedian and actor, touting the Biden administration’s policy successes, such as insulin price caps and student loan forgiveness.
In 2021, Biden signed legislation declaring June 19, or Juneteenth, a federal holiday. It honors the day in 1865 when the final enslaved persons in the United States learned of their freedom, more than two years after President Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation, which liberated slaves in the Confederacy during the Civil War.
